For cross border travel to restart, the world will need a reliable and cost effective technology for issuing of internationally recognised COVID-19 PCR tests and Vaccination records.

GOVTECH in collaboration with the Ministry of Heatlh (MOH) Singapore has developed HealthCerts and is partnering with the private sector to onboard healthcare institutions and clinics to be able to issue blockchain verifiable certificates.

1PASS is a user friendly, secure and affordable service for healthcare institutions and clinics to issue HealthCerts.

Notarisation

Cross border travellers who require a negative COVID-19 PCR swab test may be required to produce a notarised HealthCert to ICA and foreign immigration and Health Authorities. 1PASS issued HealthCerts can be notarised by the MOH for your clients.

Mobile Digital Wallet

1PASS will have an accompanying mobile app for your clients to store and display their issued HealthCerts.
